Full payment will only be refunded if a cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to the start date of the course. You may transfer your registration to another participant. In the event that TCS must cancel the course, liability is limited to the course fee and the customer will receive a full refund.

This training is designed for Empowered Officials, Senior Officers responsible for compliance, and licensing and compliance personnel. Prior knowledge of the ITAR and the EAR is required. Export Compliance personnel needing an ITAR and EAR basic training are encouraged to sign up for our export basics training session.
